We are embarking on a journey. That is highly personalized and collective. That is innovative and loyal to your values.
In this journey you will take a year long transformational journey with a selected group of fellow heroines to collaborate, co-evolve your leadership and co-design businesses that are based on values of positive and regenerative futures, and with meaningful impact for SDG5.
We will deep dive in the fundamental shifts that are affecting the next decade, gender equality & regeneration of our systems. Over the course of a year, you'll join a carefully selected group of fellow heroines in a profound exploration of Conscious Business Design, Womxn in Regeneration, Regenerative Artificial Intelligence, and Life-Centric Experience and Communication Design.
Instead of working in silo, and only in theory, you will adopt collaboration cultures, tools and methods such as design thinking, Socratic dialogues and liberating structures. You will co-design rapid prototypes to test and iterate conscious business concepts, together with other heroines.
In this lab, you’ll go beyond business and focus on ourselves and our collective as “the most important project” as the soul of positive and regenerative futures. We will breakthrough our wrong assumptions, integrate change in our body temples , write and tell our heroine’s journey stories with authenticity.
Whether you’re working on new initiatives and ventures inside an existing business or organisation, or you are a policy maker bringing life centered solutions to society or you’re an entrepreneur ready to bring a startup to life, in this lab you will join a transformational experience that is needed to role model a new type of leadership, that is liquid, inclusive and whole.

- 13 Superpowers Sessions by curated experts, on heroine superpowers for you to shine in all areas of your life including your work, lifestyle and adventures,
- A continuous online container, private members networking services where you will be inspired and encouraged by womxn from around the world who are all on a mission for positive and regenerative futures.

Every lab graduate will be given the opportunity to either:
1) Become an official The Heroines speaker and share your story at one of the The Heroines events.
2) Publish her story on TheHeroines.co platforms, shared across our social channels.
