As she transitioned to leading human-centric design thinking methodologies and services at Fjord (now part of Accenture Song), Canay led human-centric design innovation across industries. Her role as country director provided a platform to instill human-centric design principles into organizational practices, aligning business goals with the needs of users.

The Heroines’ visual identity was thoughtfully crafted in collaboration with Made for Brands, a partnership grounded in our shared vision to redefine leadership through growth, resilience, and regeneration. We sought to create a living, breathing identity that reflects the transformative journey of womxn who drive innovation across business, technology, and regenerative practices.
Drawing from nature’s cycles, our identity is designed to mirror the rhythm of life—a journey of continuous renewal and empowerment. At the heart of the logo, the circular “O” represents infinite growth and self-discovery, with a hand-drawn, watercolor flower symbolizing breath and blossoming. This organic design is a testament to our belief that true leadership flows from within, radiating outward in harmony with nature.
Our color palette is rooted in the grounding hues of the earth, with shades shifting through the seasons to reflect the ongoing journey of renewal.
