Our mission is to redefine and inspire success for the wellbeing of all.
The journey begins with gender equality, and provides the tools and resources needed for womxn in senior executive and VP positions, founders of startups and scale-ups, to strengthen their leadership skills, design conscious businesses and cultures, regenerate themselves mentally and emotionally, magnify their impact, and transcend outdated ways of thinking.

WOMXN
The word ‘womxn’ has been used to describe people who identify as women since at least the 2000s. It is an inclusive, reclaimable term that can be applied regardless of gender identity or physicality because it resists binaristic notions about what it means to be female.
A womxn is anyone who identifies with being one.
IN-POWERMENT
Our in-powerment movement encourages women to use their power in a positive way. They remember that it is always there, waiting for you and I - no one can take away our collective strength or give power to us more than ourselves!
BUSINESS AS A PRAYER
"We're not just a business, we are prayer."
This phrase sums up our approach beautifully. We know that when you do things with intention and attention they have greater meaning than if done mindlessly or out-of sheer exhaustion - which is why attention has been integral to us since day one!
We treat every transaction, act and contribution equally important so all life can be celebrated in equal measure--from children on up through elders or animals alike (and even plants!). This heartset creates an honoring atmosphere where everyone's contribution feels valued.
About our initiator
Canay Atalay, initiator of The Heroines
Canay is a business artist and innovation designer. She bridges Eastern philosophies with West, concepts of business, art, science, philosophy and biology, and ancient wisdoms with future technologies.
She is the mother of two young heroines. Dedicated to innovating and spreading cultures of wellbeing (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and planetary), she is a change agent for the twenty-first century. Her courage inspires others to dream big and make their dreams a reality.
