5D Conscious Business Design is a wholistic and practical approach integrating design thinking, systems design, philosophy, and impact activation, as well as cultural innovation and personal transformation for leaders.

The Heroines will design, prototype, launch and measure the impact of a conscious business:

• that is based on their values and purpose

• that resonates, inspires, and empowers target audiences & stakeholders, with inclusive and just economic & cultural models.

• that is a liquid force for good, serving to SDG 5 “Gender Equality” with regenerative economies and exponential technologies; AI & blockchain.

The program is designed for The Heroines, to work individually and together in peer groups, co-creating and collaborating for possibilities that are beyond their individual selves.

As an outcome, The Heroines will adopt & practice repeatable steps, tools, and tips that serve both their leadership culture transformation and conscious business model design.

Participants who fulfill the participation and design requirements will receive an online certification as 5D Conscious Business Model Design practitioners.

THE STORYTELLER

We stand now at the intersection of lure and blur. The future beckons, but we're only partway through inventing it. We can see the outlines of a new world and new stories are emerging. The Heroines not to be just a passive listener, but, as active participants in these emerging stories, can help shape how it unfolds.

Regenerative storytelling inspires a moonshot mindset and is designed to unleash the regenerative future for The Heroines’ resilient and thriving businesses.

During our inspiring and interactive sessions, Desiree will guide the participants through course materials for experimenting with their own Heroine’s Journey stories. Through ‘adventure challenges’, The Heroines will get their storytelling juices flowing and reawaken their creativity!

We believe wellbeing is deeply individual. One womxn’s path to health may call for mental focus, or a dietary change; another's may involve a spiritual ritual. Regardless, it’s the holistic picture that matters to us, being careful never to cleave the mind from a conversation about the body, or the body from a conversation about the mind. Our goal has always been to ask questions—from our sexuality to our spirituality, from the food we eat to how we work out, from how to do birthing to how to die consciously—and we know we're not the only curious ones. The inquiries help us get closer to what "well" means to each of us individually, and as an evolutionary practice time community.

THE CULTURE MAKER:

INCLUSIVE CULTURES & Socratic DialogueS

Socratic Dialogue in the disciplined version of the Socratic Design Academy will transform any group of people into a smart, agile, collective body. Participants will be able to leave behind ego stances and debate positions and emerge in a collective attentive mind leading to new insights, new narratives, or a deep cross-over of ideas.

We will have deep inquiries by exercising the art of listening. Together we focus on a common articulated question and look at it meticulously with a philosophical approach.

WHERE DO LEARNED PATTERNS AND DYNAMICS COME FROM? WHAT IS SUCCESS?

All the participants will take all the steps in a common focus.

This collective experience in a strong moral context can have a profound effect on the culture of – for instance – your company, but even in family affairs, it has proven its effectiveness.
