With COVID-19, it became even more clear both by research and through inspiring womxn leaders that womxn need to participate more in business and leadership roles. Yet many womxn are eliminated from these roles due to (the increasing expectations of) womxn's roles in the family- in childcare and home care. According to McKinsey-One in four women are considering leaving the workforce or downshifting their careers versus one in five men.
In The Heroines, we co-create systemic solutions that address not only how we can encourage and inspire womxn to remember & own their (Super) powers, but how business can benefit from the evolutionary gifts of womxn. Womxn with their connectedness to nature, through their moon cycles, capacity to give birth, intuition & wholistic nature of nurturing communities- we are here to innovate our designs with extraordinary womxn- THE HEROINES.
Part of our mission is to reclaim the wisdom, compassion, and the discernment of the sacred feminine. But as Heroine's Journey, we are on a mission to bring wholeness to humanity, integrating the feminine and the masculine, the adult and the child, as nature.

We do not need to raise our voices — but we need to find the heroines who can find the right instruments and integrate our voices into systems that can listen & be inspired by the heroines.
We start with recognizing our own intuition and eliminate all the barriers that keep womxn respecting, owning and using their own Super Powers.
We use different methods and tools, of ancients wisdoms and most innovative design approaches. Personal transformation is the core of everything we do, our briefs are coming from nature, we co-create with our ancestors and future generations by being open to be in the present- allowing what wants to change and to be birthed.
Our next level of success won't come from working harder, doing more, or operating in depleting and degrading mode. It is time for us to awaken to our feminine qualities, and bringing our whole self to business, in harmony with nature.

THE WEB OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Recently, a beautiful, natural phenomenon was brought to my attention by one The Heroines; Michal Monka, the founder and designer of Royal Gypsy. In June 2021, some towns in Australia were hit by floods. Residents woke up to a massive spider-webs stretching across trees and paddocks, where spiders throw out silk to climb to higher ground, together- which created kilometres of web, like a white cloud of silk. It was likely that millions of spiders had thrown strands up to the surrounding trees, in a coordinated manner.

This is the way as The Heroines, we are intended to collaborate and weave our gifts, visions, intuitions and services. That's how we give birth to our first heroine character: SPIDER WOMXN. We are weaving a golden web of conscious businesses and projects. There are patterns emerging and creating the structure of all that will emerge on this web of intelligence;
Liquidity: We are rising in our frequency high above the ground, for all life to flourish, with water. We are liquid, like water, and we use water to rise, above and beyond.
Wholistic: We are rising, connecting and grounding to purify our inner and outer waters, through conscious intentions, thoughts, words and actions, in our relations with self, each other and planet.
Diversity: Our community of inspirational womxn are from many countries, cultures and backgrounds that make us-as stated by The Heroine's Desiree Driesenaar- "dance with diversity," in harmony and with courage.
Inclusivity & Co-Creation: We do it all, together- from our online co-learning sessions to immersive experiences, from our decision making to content creation. All is inclusive in a horizontal relationship so we can rise together!
